Tennis: Errani and Paolini Win in Doha

Doha: Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini on Saturday won the doubles tournament of the “Qatar TotalEnergies Open 2025” in Doha, the first WTA 1000 of the season. The Italians secured victory against China’s Xinyu Juang and Taiwan’s Fang-Hsien Wu in two sets with a score of 7-5, 7-6 (12-10).

According to Ansa News Agency, the Italian pair are currently the reigning Olympic and US champions, adding another significant win to their record at the prestigious Doha event.
