Stellantis European Car Sales Drop by 16% in January
Rome: Stellantis’s sales on the European auto market, encompassing the countries of the EU, EFTA, and the UK, fell by 16% in January compared to the same month in 2024, as reported by ACEA on Monday.
According to Ansa News Agency, the Italian-American-French group’s market share decreased from 18% to 15.5%. This decline comes amidst a broader contraction in the European auto market, which registered 995,271 car sales, marking a 2.1% decrease compared to January 2024. The figures highlight challenges facing Stellantis as it navigates a competitive and contracting market landscape.
