Starting a New Chapter for Versace Says Bertelli

Milan: Prada President and CEO Patrizio Bertelli announced that the Italian fashion house is embarking on a new chapter for Versace after acquiring its smaller rival for 1.25 billion euros.

According to Ansa News Agency, Bertelli expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We are pleased to welcome Versace into the Prada group and to start a new chapter for a brand with which we share a constant commitment to creativity, product care and a strong cultural heritage. Our goal is to give continuity to the Versace legacy.”

Bertelli further emphasized that the organization is well-prepared and positioned to write a new page in the history of Versace. He highlighted the importance of leveraging the values of the Prada Group and continuing to operate with confidence and rigorous determination.
