Sharp drop in sales for Stellantis, -33.9% in Italy

Stellantis sold 29,375 cars in Italy in September, 33.9% less than the same month in 2023 with the market share falling from 32.6% to 24.1%.

In the nine months the group registered 365,286 cars, down 5.8% on the same period last year.

The market share is equal to 30.3% against 32.9% a year ago.

In September, 121,666 cars were registered in Italy, a decrease of 10.7% compared to September 2023.

The first nine months of 2024 – according to data from the Ministry of Transport – closed at 1,202,122 registrations, with a growth of 2.1% compared to the same period in 2023.
