School students invent solar power phone charging cover

Agroup of Italian high school students have invented a solar-power phone charging cover made of recycled nylon.

The phone cover, incorporating solar panels to recharge the device, has been created by students from the Scarpellini technical-economic-aeronautical institute at Foligno in Umbria.

The eco-friendly project was led by science teacher Gioia Contini.
