Naples: A “problematic” 13-year-old boy who cannot be prosecuted because of his age threw a statuette from a balcony in Naples’ working-class Spanish Quarter, resulting in the death of a 30-year-old tourist from Padua eight months ago, police reported on Thursday. The incident has concluded an investigation by the Naples minors’ court into the death of Chiara Jaconis.
According to Ansa News Agency, the boy, whose identity has not been disclosed, is suspected of having thrown other objects from the same balcony on different occasions. Despite the serious nature of the incident, the minor is not subject to prosecution due to his age.
