Pope Slept Well All Night in Hospital Says Vatican


Vatican City: Pope Francis slept well throughout the night, the Holy See Press Office said on Monday. Francis was admitted to the hospital on February 14 and is being treated for bronchitis and double pneumonia.

According to Ansa News Agency, in its latest medical update on the 88-year-old Argentine pontiff’s condition on Sunday, the Vatican said his condition was stable. It noted there have been no direct consequences from the respiratory attack he suffered on Friday.
