The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) together with Retelit SpA (a subsidiary of Asterion Industrial Partners Sgeic S.A.) on Wednesday presented an offer to Tim to acquire the entire capital of its fiber-optic Sparkle unit.
The exclusive purchase offer, which is subject to customary market practices, amounts to a total of EUR 700 million and is valid until 15 October 2024.
