Loro Piana Put Into Administration Over ‘Worker Exploitation’
Rome: On Monday put Italian fashion house Loro Piana into administration for one year over alleged worker exploitation.
According to Ansa News Agency, the move is related to an investigation by Milan prosecutors into the outsourcing of the production of Loro Piana garments, including jackets, to other companies.
Milan prosecutors have staged a series of investigations in recent years, uncovering worker exploitation by companies active in Italy, including several multinationals.
