KDNP Charity Ball in Maroslele Raises Funds for Local Air Conditioning

Maroslele: In a spirited effort to improve community facilities, the Maroslelei Organization of KDNP hosted its second charity ball of the year, raising significant funds aimed at installing air conditioning in key local institutions.

According to KDNP, the event successfully gathered HUF 620,000 in donations. Tibor Drimba, the president of the local basic organization of the party and the mayor of Maroslele, announced on Makó City Television that the proceeds will be used to purchase air conditioners for the doctor’s office, the library, and the village hall. He noted that the funds raised from the first charity event held earlier this year were also allocated for similar enhancements.

The initiative represents a continued effort by the KDNP in Maroslele to provide comfortable and conducive environments in public spaces, especially important during the warmer months. The addition of air conditioning units is expected to significantly improve the experience and service offered at these community centers.
