Juventus and Roma Set for Women’s Coppa Italia Final Clash

Rome: The final of the Women’s Coppa Italia between Juventus and Roma will be played on Saturday, May 17, at 6 pm, the Italian Soccer Federation (FIGC) announced Tuesday. The stadium that will host the match will be determined in the coming weeks, while the team officially named first for the final will be Juventus, following a draw.

According to Ansa News Agency, this final marks the third meeting in history for the Bianconere and Giallorosse in the competition’s decisive match. The previous finals in 2022 and 2023 were played in Ferrara and Salerno, respectively, with Juventus emerging victorious on both occasions. After missing out last year, Juventus is set to make a return to this crucial stage of the tournament.

On the other hand, Roma will be participating in their fifth consecutive final, setting a record. Their previous appearances resulted in two victories in 2021 and 2024, alongside two defeats. The upcoming final presents an opportunity for both teams to add another trophy to their collections and for Roma to potentially even the score against their rivals.
