Italy backs truce efforts with UK-France-Germany – Tajani

Italian Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani on Saturday wrote on X that, “together with the colleagues of Great Britain, Germany and France, I support the ongoing mediation efforts of the US, Egypt and Qatar for an agreement on a ceasefire and the release of hostages”.

“We cannot lose time: we are working together with all countries of the region to give the Middle East perspectives of stability and peace”, Tajani said.
