Four Minors Stopped for Knocking Down and Killing Woman

Milan: Four minors have been stopped on suspicion of stealing a car that hit and killed a 71-year-old woman in Milan Monday, judicial sources said Tuesday.

According to Ansa News Agency, the three boys and a girl, all of Roma descent and all under 14, are not liable for prosecution because of their age, the sources said.
