Fincantieri Reports Significant Increase in Q1 EBITDA and Revenues

Genoa: Fincantieri on Monday posted first-quarter EBITDA up 54% to 154 million euros and earnings up 35% to 2.376 billion euros, the shipbuilder said.

According to Ansa News Agency, new orders saw their best quarter ever, reaching 11.7 billion euros compared to 0.5 billion euros a year ago. The board approved the results, highlighting the company’s strong performance. General Manager and Managing Director Pierroberto Folgiero was present for the approval of the results.
