Eni Reports Parent Company Net Profit of 6.42 Billion Euros for 2024

Rome: Eni closed the 2024 financial year with a consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of over 2.62 billion euros, while the parent company’s net profit was 6.42 billion, the energy giant said Tuesday.

According to Ansa News Agency, last February 27, during the preliminaries, the group had announced an adjusted net profit of 5.2 billion, said a note released following the meeting of the board of directors.

As for the distribution of the 4th tranche of the dividend, it will be decided on April 3, when the board will meet again. The payment date is set for May 21, with a coupon detachment two days earlier.
