Clashes Outside Palazzo Marino After Tel Aviv Vote
Milan: Tension and clashes broke out outside Palazzo Marino, the seat of the Milan City Council, after the council rejected a ban on the twinning with Tel Aviv.
According to Ansa News Agency, protesters gathered there began pushing against the barriers protecting Palazzo Marino, shouting “shame.” Riot police then pushed them back, using batons. The activists then attempted to march.
