Ambassador Zarra Concludes Mandate with Meeting with Bulgarian Foreign Minister

Sofia: The Italian Ambassador in Sofia, Giuseppina Zarra, concluded her mandate with a meeting with Bulgaria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Georg Georgiev. During their discussion, Minister Georgiev expressed his appreciation for Ambassador Zarra’s dedication to enhancing bilateral relations between Italy and Bulgaria.

According to Ansa News Agency, the meeting provided an opportunity to review the strong ties between the two nations and explore potential for further strategic coordination. This comes at a time of evolving international dynamics, where Bulgaria and the Black Sea region play a pivotal role in the security of the European Union and the eastern flank of the Atlantic Alliance.
