Amb. Bartoli Attends Climate Change Conference in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Italy’s Ambassador to India, Antonio Bartoli, attended the “Climate Change and Global Warming Conclave,” a conference sponsored by SOA University in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha.

According to Ansa News Agency, Ambassador Bartoli emphasized Italy’s commitment to an energy transition that is environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable. He highlighted Italy’s establishment of a climate fund exceeding 4 billion euros and the country’s leading role in recycling within Europe. Bartoli also underscored Italy’s involvement in multilateral climate finance initiatives.

During his address to the students at the University, Bartoli emphasized the significance of climate education and stressed the importance of involving young people in tackling the challenges of global warming.
