Allegri Nearing AC Milan Return as Head Coach

Rome: Massimiliano Allegri is on the verge of making a comeback to AC Milan as head coach, a position he previously held successfully.

According to Ansa News Agency, the club’s new sporting director, Igli Tare, has pinpointed Allegri, 57, as the key figure to rejuvenate AC Milan following a lackluster season under the guidance of Paulo Fonseca and later S©rgio Concei§o. An agreement has been reached for Allegri to take on a three-year contract with an annual salary of approximately five million euros, although some details remain to be finalized.

Allegri’s previous tenure with AC Milan saw him clinch the Serie A title in the 2010-11 season during his four-year leadership. His subsequent achievements include five league titles, five Italian Cups, and appearances in two Champions League finals with Juventus.
